Following their extremely popular series of networking events this Spring, the ABTT is very pleased to have joined forces with UK Theatre for a new season of events this autumn…

91% of previous attenders would recommend UK Theatre Networking events to a colleague
Primarily designed as an opportunity to informally meet with other arts professional over a glass of wine, the events include a short briefing on key issues including the impact of new legislation, tax breaks, funding issues and technical guidance. They are designed to have something of interest to all of those working in theatre including senior managers, marketing, administration, technical, operations and production etc.

I saw some familiar faces, but also met some new people who will be useful contacts. I gained some clarification around NI and pension payments to performers. It was good to be able to talk these things through face to face and in a relaxed environment.’ – Spring 2013 delegate

The ABTT will be leading a special briefing for venue, operations, technical and maintenance managers on the learning to date on ceiling and plaster issues following the incident at the Apollo in December 2013.
