Royal Albert Hall invites  arts companies to join Wellbeing Collective:

An Open Meeting with be held on 24th April.

With mental health and wellbeing prominent in the news over the last year or more,  the Royal Albert Hall have been working hard to improve the resources and information available to its staff.  As part of this process it has been looking for guidance and assistance from a wide variety of sources.  This search put them in touch with Australia’s Arts Wellbeing Collective, https://www.artswellbeingcollective.com.au/.  They are a group of over 100 arts and cultural organisations that work together to utilise each other’s experiences and knowledge.  RAH have been very interested in their arrangement and have been considering if such a collective could work for UK Arts and Cultural businesses.

Having recently mentioned this to local organisations within the Kensington area and at the Safety Advisors Group in Entertainment, it was suggested that there was the potential appetite to start up such a group within the UK.

The Royal Albert Hall’s Executive and Wellbeing Network would like to invite your organisation to join  an initial networking session from 1030 – 1430 hrs, Wednesday 24 April 19, in the Hall’s Elgar Room to discuss the setting up of such a group.  RAH are delighted to be have a number of guest speakers and a number of small workshops, to give you some ideas on improving the wellbeing of your staff.  This invitation is being sent to the widest possible group to allow those interested to participate. You are encouraged to pass-on this invitation.

There is no commitment required outside of attending, other than meeting likeminded people hoping to improve their workplaces.  You even get a free buffet lunch.

If you would like to attend please send an email with your organisation and the names of those who wish to attend to: wellbeing@royalalberthall.com,
