Based in our head office in High Wycombe, we have an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual who looks at the bigger picture and is a keen problem solver. If you like to be in the know, are confident in your knowledge and can remain calm under pressure we need you to join our team, providing training, support and demonstrations of lighting consoles, software and networking technology to our extensive client base.  In return we offer an excellent package working within a long-established, industry-leading company with strong relationships to our clients and suppliers.

The main responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Communicating with designers, technicians and other lighting professionals via phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Being the first point of contact for product support
  • Providing product demonstrations to a wide variety of people
  • Supporting a wide range of Lighting Technology products

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, or extensive knowledge of the industry
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Team player with excellent people skills.
  • Full driving licence and have the flexibility to travel within the UK, EU and worldwide.
