As we head into lock-down once more we wanted to let you know that the ABTT will continue as normal and is ready to offer any support it can to those in our industry.

The health and well-being of our team remains a top priority so we are continuing to work from home, following the latest government safety guidelines and have temporarily closed our office. We also encourage all of you to stick to the government’s latest advice and stay home wherever possible.

The ABTT Website is up and running and our Team are working hard to ensure that any orders and enquiries are dealt with as quickly as possible.

The ABTT are constantly updating their Industry Resources Page with COVID Guidance, as well as other relevant and important information including Financial Support and Mental Health and Well-being Resources. Please do make use of these and share with other during this tough time.

The ABTT continue to provide links to the current guidance throughout the UK with regards to reopening venues. There continue to be significant differences between England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales so please find more details on the ABTT Website here.

Information and updates on rehearsal and pre-production activities for performing arts during the 4-week period of National Restrictions coming up in England can be found here

You will also be aware that the introduction of the Job Support Scheme has also been paused, with the Job Retention Scheme (the “furlough” scheme) continuing for November – details as known are here.

With widespread assistance from throughout the sector, the ABTT is continuing produce COVID Secure Guidance Notes as a free resource. More information on the Guidance Notes currently available can be found here.

We also continue to curate and run online seminars and networking events, including the next event which is running this afternoon at 2.30pm, on "Working Safe and Healthy during COVID-19' and our upcoming seminar on Monday 9th "The UVC Light at the end of the Tunnel".
