Are you an experienced technical theatre professional with a passion for lighting, sound, and AV services? We are seeking a Deputy Head of Lighting and Sound to join our dynamic team at Royal and Derngate.

Contracted Hours: 37 hours per week (averaged over a four-week period)
Overtime: Get Outs are available as paid additional hours

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, support the delivery of diverse productions, and oversee the maintenance of venue spaces and technical equipment. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with the Head of Lighting and Sound and other departments, ensuring the highest technical standards are met.
