Do you have what it takes to be part of a high performing team at an iconic destination venue in the heart of London’s West End?

In September 2020 the Theatre Royal Drury Lane will reopen as a re-imagined destination venue and centrepiece of Covent Garden. We are going beyond theatre, creating a culturally inspired, multi-offer destination where the customer experience is always centre stage.

We’re seeking a Deputy Head of Stage who will support the Head of Stage in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the Stage department. They will need to maximise the efficiency of the Theatre and deliver an excellent service to performances of the resident production, concerts and venue hires.

The ideal candidate will have extensive practical knowledge of technical theatre systems and relevant health & safety legislation and best practice. They will be able to adapt to changing circumstances, overcome challenges and ultimately lead a team to deliver a vision which will break new ground in our industry.
