ABTT Awards'
Nominees Announced!

Dear ABTT Members,

The ABTT Awards are one of the Association’s flagship events and we are very pleased to be able to take the opportunity to acknowledge those people making a difference to our Industry!

Although the ABTT Theatre Show has been postponed and we can’t run our annual Product Awards, we have decided that at such trying time, now more than ever we need to take the opportunity to celebrate those amazing people in our industry.

As such the ABTT are running their brand new ABTT Award for Emerging Excellence alongside the established ABTT Technician of the Year Award online this year, with the announcement of the winner to be made via social media on the 10th June 2020 at 7pm.

We currently plan to present the Awards in person at a later date once the pandemic is over.

Please see below the fantastic nominations we have received this year. We cannot wait to announce the winner on Wednesday, in the meantime we hope you will help us celebrate by sharing and retweeting about these amazing people!

ABTT Award for Emerging Excellence Nominees:

The ABTT Award for Emerging Excellence has been added to our Awards as we deemed it was necessary to recognise the achievements of individuals at the start of their career but who consistently deliver excellence in all that they do.

The winner of the ABTT Emerging Talent Award will be entitled to 1 year's membership of the ABTT, a voucher for an ABTT training course of their choosing, plus a certificate recognising their achievement!

ABTT Technician of the Year Award Nominees:

The Technician of the Year Award is one of the most important accolades the Association bestows, as it recognises the achievement of an individual at the height of their career but who consistently delivers technical excellence.

The winner of the ABTT Technician of the Year Award will be entitled to one year's membership of the ABTT, the renowned ABTT Hook Clamp Award, plus a certificate recognising their achievement!
