Voting will be conducted online, and detailed instructions will be sent to voting delegates before the meeting. Please find the election information below:

Note: Members who have not paid their annual membership fees for 2023 and 2024 will not be eligible to vote. If you have any difficulties, please contact OISTAT Headquarters for assistance.

Deadline for Delegate Survey: September 5, 2025

According to OISTAT Statutes, only delegates of the OISTAT Centres, Individual Members and delegates of Associate Members attending that Commission meeting will be entitled to vote. Each OISTAT Centres has one (1) vote; Each Individual Member/ Associate Member has 1/10 of a vote. Please complete the delegate survey by September 5, 2025 to help us prepare.
