For many small businesses looking after the wellbeing of their workforce is important, but accessing specialist support can sometimes be difficult. These webinars introduce Able Futures, a DWP-funded mental health support service available to employees, apprentices and self-employed people. The service provides up to nine months of confidential support at no cost, helping individuals manage challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression while remaining in work.
Delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Able Futures provides confidential mental health support at no cost to SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) employers, employees, apprentices and self-employed people across England, Scotland and Wales.
