Association of Sound Designers Toolbox Talk Series – Part One

The ASD are hosting a ‘Toolbox Talk’ series in partnership with Applause for Thought to start conversations around wider skills and strategies for the workplace. Our first part is a panel discussion with Sound Professionals of various disciplines to explore their experiences and thoughts about how our industry works and how we work within it. The second part is a Wellbeing Workshop where the AFT team will help attendees to further develop their personal resilience to stress, anxiety and burn out. This second session is not sound-specific and would be of benefit to anyone working in our industry.

In partnership with Applause for Thought, we are excited about a new event series featuring a panel discussion and career coaching.

Followed by refreshments and networking

Career coach and performance psychologist, Dr Lucie Clements hosts a panel to discuss goal setting, resilience, negotiating and expressing yourself in a professional forum. Joined by the ASD’s Vicki Hill, we’ll talk about all those other skills that you need to succeed!

Join us in person or tune in online

Our Panel is hosted by ASD Board Member Vicki Hill & Dr Lucie Clements

The Panelists are Seeta Mistry, Wendy Baker, George Lumkin, Jack Drury.

If you are not a member of the ASD but would like to join either talk please email us at admin@associationofsounddesigners.com
