National Theatre Productions- Coffee Meet

Are you a Company Stage Manager? Or a Company Manager? Or an aspiring one? National Theatre Productions (NTP) would like to meet you.

NTP is responsible for managing National Theatre productions outside of the South Bank, on tour and in the West End. As theatres around the country begin to reopen we will soon be touring and transferring shows again.

We would love to meet Company Managers, Company Stage Managers, or Stage Managers/Technical Stage Managers who want to be a Company Manager or Company Stage Manager. If you are interested in hearing more about NTP or working with NTP on a project in the future I am delighted to invite you along to our virtual 30-minute NTP Coffee Meet on Friday 21st May at 11am-11:30am.

You are invited to meet some of the team to hear more about working with NTP, and our upcoming plans to return to the stage with inclusivity and creating opportunities at the forefront of our planning.

The Coffee Meet will include a presentation from NTP on its productions, mission and its future work, followed by a Q&A along with providing points of contact if you would like to keep in touch or be considered for future opportunities.

Alongside NTP staff the panel will include other members of the National Theatre, including a former NTP Deputy Stage Manager and Company Stage Manager who is now a full time member of the team at the NT.

Please feel free to share this with your Stage Production networks as we want to welcome everyone!

NTP at the National Theatre

The National Theatre is dedicated to making the very best theatre and sharing it with as many people as possible.
We stage up to 30 productions at our South Bank home each year, ranging from re-imagined classics – such as Greek tragedy and Shakespeare – to modern masterpieces and new work by contemporary writers and theatre-makers. The work we make strives to be as open, as diverse, as collaborative and as national as possible. We want to inspire artists and audiences to think in new ways, to constantly re-imagine the act of making theatre. Much of that new work is researched and developed at the NT Studio: we are committed to nurturing innovative work from new writers, directors, creative artists and performers.
We do all we can to keep ticket prices affordable and to reach a wide audience, and use our public funding to maintain artistic risk-taking, accessibility and diversity. Whether you’ve been to the National many times or are making your first visit, we hope you will be entertained, challenged or inspired.

NT Productions

National Theatre Productions (NTP) aims to extend the life of NT productions, without subsidy, in London’s West End, on tour throughout the UK, on Broadway, internationally, and in collaboration with co-producing partners around the world. Since 2009, NTP has transferred 14 productions to the West End, taken six productions to Broadway, toured the UK and Ireland extensively with a broad repertoire of productions originating at the National Theatre on the South Bank, and taken the Olivier and Tony®-Award winning productions of War Horse and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time on tour around the globe. National Theatre productions have now been seen across five continents by more than 13 million people worldwide.
