Exhibitor FAQs
We're looking forward to welcoming you to the ABTT Theatre Show 2027! If you have any questions about the exhibiting process for the show, including timings, parking, stand extras and more, please check our FAQs below.
Where can I access the Exhibitor Manual, and how can I give my colleagues access?
Once you have completed your booking forms the ABTT team will give you access to the Exhibitor Manual via email.
The team can also add your colleagues as additional users, allowing them to access the Exhibitor Manual.
Where can I access the latest version of the floor plan?
The latest floorplan can be found within the Exhibitor Manual and via the Floor Plan Live link here.
When can I access the hall for build-up and breakdown?
Access times vary depending on your stand type. Please see the schedule below:

Do exhibitors have to pay for parking?
No, parking is free for exhibitors. However, to ensure you are not charged, you must complete the Car Parking Exemption Request form, which can be found on the Tasks page of the Exhibitor Manual.
Do I need to book my vehicle in for unloading and loading?
No, you do not need to book a vehicle slot.
Access for unloading from the Great Hall is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, you can unload from the car parks and transport your items into the hall.
Can I park overnight?
Yes, overnight parking is permitted in the Paddocks car park.
Please note that vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk, as the car park does not have overnight security or CCTV.
Is there electricity on our stand?
‘Package’ and ‘Charity’ stands have a power source included. ‘Space Only’ and ‘Footprint’ stands don’t, however power for these stand types can be arranged directly with Alexadra Palace if needed.
How do I order stand extras?
You can order additional stand extras, such as furniture, electrical services and IT equipment, through the Tasks section of the Exhibitor Manual.
Alternatively, you can contact the relevant contractor directly. Their contact details can be found in the Quick Reference Guide to Contractors section of the Exhibitor Manual.
Is storage available at Alexandra Palace?
Yes, free-of-charge storage is available in the Great Hall, beneath the organ, for the duration of the show.
Please note that storage space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Items are stored at the owner’s own risk.
What access provision is available on site for our team?
The ABTT provides a quiet space, prayer room and a parent and baby room for the two days the show is live. We provide BSL interpretation in one of our seminar rooms. We are committed to improving our access provision so please do get in touch if there is anything you need assistance with
How sustainable is this event?
All the walls, furniture, electrics and video which is hired for the event are used on multiple other events across the year. The only disposable element is carpets which are recycled into Polypropylene pellets which are then used in multiple different manufacturing processes
