Cameron Mackintosh Ltd are looking for an Automation Assistant to join the Mary Poppins UK Tour.

We are recruiting experienced candidates with proven experience of working on large-scale musicals of the highest calibre.

Key Responsibilities:
– assist the Head of Automation and Deputy Head of Automation in the efficient running of the automation department;
– cover the backstage automation plot and operate the automation desk for performances, rehearsals and other events as required;
– Be prepared to teach or learn any show plots when necessary;
– help maintain all automation equipment to a high standard;
– attend promotional events such as publicity and photographic calls, press and media interviews and press junkets as required;
– provide accurate time sheets on a weekly basis
– Be involved in the load out/load in to venues when necessary;
– attend meetings or training courses as required;
– be aware of and adhere to the Producer’s health and safety policies;
– uphold and promote at all times the Producer’s child protection policy and related procedures and guidelines.
– complying with the Producer’s policies and procedures in force from time to time, including but not limited to the Producer’s policies on Equal Opportunities, Bullying and Harassment, Social Media, Data Protection
