Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team member to anchor our premium client experience.

 

In this extremely varied, primarily NW London office-based role, you will balance in-person hospitality with global digital communication.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing face-to-face interactions with visitors and guests.
  • Organising our studio, training room, and demo areas.
  • Remotely liaising with international clients.
  • Managing sales data, marketing inquiries, and Avolites Academy bookings.

 

Our ideal customer-focused candidate is a flexible self-starter who can work independently and collaborate seamlessly with the wider team. We are looking for:

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to jump in and support others to achieve core objectives.
