Hampstead Theatre is seeking an experienced Head of Stage to lead the planning and delivery of stage operations across all productions and events.

>Reporting to the Technical Director, the role manages the Stage team and freelance staff, overseeing work on both the Main Stage and Studio. Responsibilities include delivering fit-ups, performances and get-outs, maintaining stage and flying systems, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of Health & Safety.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in theatre stage operations, including rigging and scenic construction.
