Job Description

We are looking to recruit a multi-skilled plate-spinning Operations Coordinator, working alongside all departments within the company. This is a temporary maternity-cover contract expected to end in May 2027, with potential for this to be extended depending on the needs of the buisness.

Whether it’s booking the daily overnight courier service to send out our Drapemakers orders or juggling the logistics for multi-crewed events happening around the UK & Europe, you will have an eye for detail and take into account things others might not think of.

The successful candidate will require previous events and/or theatre experience and be an effective communicator, used to working with multiple teams and operating changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
