Reports to: Senior Production Manager
Location: The Glasshouse International Centre for Music, Gateshead
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £36,631 per annum

Love live events? Know how to turn big ideas into brilliant productions? We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead the planning and delivery of gigs, performances, conferences and events.

You’ll work with colleagues, clients and partners to make sure every event runs safely, smoothly and to the highest standard. From leading technical planning and managing budgets, equipment and staffing, to supporting the team on the ground, you’ll keep everything moving and solve problems before they become one.

You’ll bring hands-on experience of production management in live events, along with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to lead a busy team. You’ll be organised, calm under pressure and great at building relationships, helping colleagues, freelancers and clients do their best work together.
