Working Hours/Pattern: 40hrs per week, including evenings and weekends. Additional hours may be required determined by the need of the business. The post holder can take time off in lieu with authorisation from line manager.

Reporting to: Technical Manager

Responsible for: No direct management. Supervision of casual/ freelance staff.

Annual Leave: 28 days per annum including bank holidays

Location: Liverpool’s Royal Court Theatre, 1 Roe Street, Liverpool, L1 1HL

The post holder will work primarily on productions and events within the Main House in a Sound No.1 capacity, including musical theatre mixing and QLab playback of the sound for performances, but with work on performances and events in the Studio and Other Spaces, in a Sound, Lighting or Stage capacity
as required.

As a member of the Technical Department, the post holder will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of, setting up and a variety of operational duties in respect of the productions and events staged by the theatre and external companies, as well as the routine maintenance of the facility, as directed by the Technical Manager.
