Job Description

We are now seeking a dedicated and creative individual to take responsibility for all technical areas within the School’s theatre spaces, across our academic year and also supporting our award-winning Summer Program.

The successful candidate will:
• Provide high-quality, innovative technical production support for school performances and activities;
• Explore and nurture new opportunities to enhance the School’s artistic and academic programmes;
• Work collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver outstanding productions and events;
• Manage their own time effectively while working flexible hours within a 35-hour week, including evenings and weekends; and
• Demonstrate commitment and resilience, especially during busy production periods when additional hours will be required.

Candidate Profile:
• Hold a relevant technical qualification (e.g., BTEC, HND, or equivalent) and demonstrate proven experience in theatre or live performance environments;
• Be proficient in lighting, sound, rigging, and safe working practices;
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the flexibility to adapt and meet deadlines; and
• Work effectively as a collaborative team member while being confident in working independently when required.
