At the same time, in the spirit of life must go on, we are very pleased to announce that we have been able to secure new dates for the conference. It is our intent that our congress will take place in Warsaw now on 3rd-6th of November 2020.

Early Bird registration will reopen on 1st of April and be extended till the end of July 2020. 

• In case you can’t make these new dates and have already registered and made a payment, please contact the conference coordinator till 30th April.
• We have records of payments and we will be happy to give you a full refund.
• If you can participate in the conference in November and have registered already, please do also inform us by April 30th too.
• If you were considering coming to the conference in June and have not already registered please do consider coming to our autumnal event. Warsaw is lovely in early spring, but we believe it can be equally nice in autumn.

The decision about individual financial grants for conference members who have already requested for it, will be delivered at the start of May.

These are exceptional circumstances in which to organise such an event. We do not know what the next few weeks and months will bring, so we ask you to bear with us at this time. It is still our intent to deliver an exceptional conference in a safe environment for all. We still do believe that our meeting in Warsaw will be a fruitful and an amazing experience for all.
