As of 15 August we are now at Stage Four of the roadmap. This means that socially distanced indoor and outdoor performances can take place in line with the guidance.

DCMS (Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport) commissioned further scientific studies to be carried out to develop the scientific evidence on singing, wind and brass instruments,, which has allowed for a reconsideration of appropriate mitigations. Professionals (and non-professionals in certain circumstances) can now engage in singing, wind and brass in line with this updated guidance, which in essence means that all activities are now subject to the same social distancing requirements.
