Who we are:
We are a group of industry professionals and young practitioners, dedicated to raising young voices on social and environmental issues which face our industry and those who work in it.
What we do:
The ABTT Sustainability Committee was formed to combine experience and expertise across various sectors of our industry looking at innovative, new ways of working to benefit the planet and people.
Why we do it:
We believe that change will come from the younger generation, so the committee is set up to support emerging practitioners. In the face of the climate crisis, theatre must adapt.
The ABTT Sustainability Committee will also be joined on the stand by Theatre Green Book.
Theatre Green Book began in 2021 as a collective project by theatre-makers in the UK. It has grown to become the leading initiative for sustainability in the performing arts across the world, providing a shared language and a free downloadable resource for everyone in the performing arts, working in any role and at any scale.
