He has programmed many shows and headed Automation departments for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Adelphi Theatre), Mamma Mia! (Prince of Wales Theatre), Groundhog Day (Old Vic), Motown (Shaftesbury Theatre), Life of Pi (Crucible Theatre, Sheffield), Sleepless (Troubadour Wembley Park), Touching the Void (Duke of York’s Theatre), among others. He has also worked with circus shows and aerial stunts for film television and theatre as well as lectured students at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, for TAIT. He is currently Head of Automation at ABBA Voyage.
In addition to theatrical production work; Nick set up and runs the Automation jobs website automation.london and is a great supporter of anyone who wants to learn more about Automation and technical theatre.
Nick is a full member of the ABTT and helped form the ABTT Automation Committee (abttac) in 2020.
