Loretta has provided consultancy services to a West End theatre company (2014-2017) and was CEO (2005-2013) and Executive Director (2003-2005) of English National Opera. Loretta trained as a Chartered Accountant, worked in financial services and was Managing Director and Finance Director of Really Useful Theatres (formerly Stoll Moss Theatres) across 12 years.

Loretta has almost 30 years experience in theatre and opera focusing on strategy, management and finance. She is currently Executive Director of Opera Ventures, a charity creating world-class contemporary opera productions in collaboration with partners and philanthropy.
Loretta TomasiHaving enjoyed almost thirty years working in theatre, the position of Honorary Treasurer of ABTT provided an opportunity for me to input into an organisation focused on enhancing the industry. My knowledge of the theatre industry spans both commercial and subsidised; theatre operation and producing. I believe my experience of running organisations, negotiation, producing and a very strong background in finance will benefit the ABTT through support to the executive and council.
