igus produce a huge range of polymer cable management e-chains, e-spools and chainflex cables for moving power, data and fluid supply. These have been used reliably in hundreds of moving cable applications in theatres, film and TV studios, conference centres and sports events.
igus polymer e-chains and e-spools are used to safely guide and protect different types of cables and hoses together in one system, for any kind of motion: vertical (eg lifts and light bars), horizontal (eg camera feeds) or rotary (eg turntables and set movement).
igus e-chains and e-spools can be supplied in conjunction with igus chainflex cables, guaranteed for millions of movements in e-chains. igus chainflex cables can be supplied with connectors pre-fitted, and pre-assembled into the e-chains. igus can even provide special steelwork like containment baskets and guide troughs where required, and also have an installation team who can install igus products on site.
In addition, igus also produce a comprehensive range of polymer, lubrication free bearing products including linear guides, self-aligning bearings and bushes. In addition to being maintenance free, these offer savings in weight and cost.
