Our Kent-based operation spans two dedicated premises, enabling us to manage every stage of production with precision and care. Our Sidcup premises is home to our raw hair stock and specialist colouring studio, where our expert team undertakes bespoke colouring, lifting, and preparation processes to achieve flawless, personalised results.
TashaJacks was founded by Natasha Ratajczak, whose lifelong background in a family of hair specialists has positioned her as one of the industry’s most knowledgeable and respected experts. Her passion, combined with decades of hands-on experience, has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. Today, she continues to oversee daily operations, working closely with a highly experienced team, many of whom have been with the company for over a decade.
