After a prolonged period of working in various venues and greenfield sites, she joined the Roundhouse progressing from Production Manager and then Head of Technical and Production.
Ruth is now Director of Technical Production at the Southbank Centre where she leads a team of over 50 skilled technicians in the delivery of approximately 3000 events per year.
Ruth is particularly passionate about team development, fostering inclusive working environments and promoting diversity within the live events and technical production sectors.
