The Women In Lighting project is committed (amongst many other goals), to raising the number of women speaking at events and conferences related to lighting.

Women in Lighting need your help to create a global gathering of information by completing their Survey. The theme of this years International Women’s day was #Embrace Equity and the hope is that this global gathering of data will not only highlight where equity is problematic but also where it is positively thriving in regard to working practices in all aspects of the lighting industry.

This anonymous survey originates from WIL but it’s for everyone, because we only get better together.
