The ABTT Virtual Ideas Platform– has been devised to recognise, reward and realise the new ways of making theatre work, which are bubbling around in your head between scene-changes or over a coffee in the Green Room.
The Technical Theatre sector is a fantastic incubator for innovation and a place to find new and better ways of making stuff work – in special effects, speed of costume or scene change, historical appearance, cost saving, rule-bending, competition or challenge, magic & trickery or just plain old-fashioned fun.
