Skills Bootcamps

The government has asked SOLT/UK Theatre’s whether Skills Bootcamp courses could help to address skills shortages in the sector. These courses would last up to 16 weeks and employers would need to guarantee a job interview at the end of the course. This entry route will not be suitable for all roles however, any feedback from you or your teams on which skills needs might be addressed through this route would be helpful.

Please see Skills and Training document below detailing some further questions from the government as well as SOLT/ UK Theatre draft responses.
